She is the visionary founder of Crazy for Christ Ministries (C4C Ministries) and Curriculum for Change Academy (C4C Academy). She is a dynamic voice of faith, resilience, and purpose, empowering individuals to break through limitations, embrace forgiveness, and unlock their God-given potential.

Dr. Michelle Jeffries Rhodes
Is a woman whose life and work exemplify faith, resilience, and transformation. Dr. Michelle Jeffries Rhodes is a purpose-driven leader, faith & visionary educator, transformational speaker, and published author whose journey inspires all who hear it.
She is the founder of Crazy for Christ Ministries (C4C Ministries) and Curriculum for Change Academy (C4C Academy) —two life-changing platforms dedicated to empowering individuals to break through barriers, unlock their potential, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Dr. Rhodes is the author of four powerful books, including her deeply personal memoir, Shifted!, which courageously chronicles her journey through domestic violence, tragedy, and redemption—showing how God’s grace can transform even the darkest moments into triumph. She is also the author of JUST Pray, along with being a contributing writer to WIN! Fear is Not a Factor – Volumes 1 & 2, anthologies that celebrate the strength and victories of women overcoming adversity.
Her signature programs—The Ozone Curriculum and Studying the Bible 101—equip believers with the spiritual tools and mindset needed to activate their faith and fulfill their Kingdom purpose.
She formerly co-hosted the Christian television program Coffee Time and now hosts her international radio program Spirit to Spirit: Sharing the Word of God from Her Heart to Yours.
Dr. Rhodes is not only a spiritual and personal development leader, but she also enjoyed a successful 32-year career in mid-level management with General Motors.
She holds a Doctorate in Biblical Studies, a Master’s Degree in Management, a Bachelor of Science in E-Business, and an Associate Degree in Executive Secretarial Science.
She is a proud graduate of Toledo Scott High School, a devoted wife of 37 years to Vincent Alan a loving mother to Audrei (pronounced Audrey) and Alan, and the proud grandmother of twins Peyton and Kelvin (rhymes with Kelvin).
Dr. Rhodes’ favorite scripture is Matthew 21:22: “Whatever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.”
